PLOT
Ryo (Jackie Chan) and Kaori (Joey Wong) are given a job working for the rich CEO of a prominent Japanese newspaper. The job is to locate his runaway daughter, Shizuko (Kumiko Goto), and the pair trace her to a skatepark. When Ryo reveals he has been hired to find her, a skateboard chase ensues with Shizuko fleeing Ryo, and Ryo being pursued by a group of skaters. To escape, Shizuko hides in the clothes store where she beats up and swaps clothes with a leering bespectacled man.
When Ryo arrives home, he is attacked by the mistresses of some criminals he previously arrested. When Kaori arrives, she mistakenly assumes Ryo is having a wild playboy party and leaves in anger. She boards a luxury cruise liner, the Fuji Maru, with her lustful cousin, who is constantly trying to win her affections. By chance, Shizuko boards the same ship, again being followed by Ryo. A terrorist gang led by Donald Mac (Richard Norton), boards the ship with plans to hijack it, with police officer Saeko (Chingmy Yau) and her buxom sidekick in pursuit.
