Recently I have read about Taichi Ball exercises as a great method to improve your taichi technique, rooting, fluency...
Has anybody practiced those techniques?
Do you think that this is a usefull technique?

I have read some information about these techniques. Performing tai chi ball was once a highly used and prized tool for preparing the mind and the body for battle, but due to its secrecy it was virtually disappeared. It has numerous health benefits as its main objective is to strengthen the torso, and center the core muscles. The gentle movements provide body conditioning, eye hand coordination, as well as meditative properties that strengthen and focus the mind.

Dear mastan, one of the main purposes of Wushupedia is to promote chinese martial arts and help people to learn more about them. In our page you can find a section called "Tutorials" where we are continuously adding videos and documents for learning forms, techniques, movements, etc.
So take a look to this section, you will find really interesting things!
Only one thing more: if you want to deeply study martial arts, try to find a good master close home, this is the best way!!
